Refund & Return Policy

At Majnooni, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

 

1.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

       Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

       Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

       All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

       A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

       Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable' are not eligible for returns.

 

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

       Intimate wear, undergarments, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).

       Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life.

       Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.

       Digital downloads or gift cards.

       Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.

 

1.3 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

       Contact us at info.majnooni@gmail.com or call 03304051017 within 7 days of receiving your order.

       Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.

       Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

       Pack the item securely and include the RMA number on the package.

       Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.

 

1.4 Refund Process

       Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

       If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

       Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

       Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

 

1.5 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be offered.
