•       Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

•       All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

•       A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

•       Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable' are not eligible for returns.

 

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

•       Intimate wear, undergarments, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).

•       Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life.

•       Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.

•       Digital downloads or gift cards.

•       Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.

 

1.3 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

•       Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.

•       Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

•       Pack the item securely and include the RMA number on the package.

•       Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.

 

1.4 Refund Process

•       Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

•       If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

•       Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

•       Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

 

1.5 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be offered.
